Before thinking about pages, colors or layouts, I focus on understanding the business behind the project: what it offers, who it wants to reach, how it communicates and what role its digital presence needs to play.

Working with businesses across different industries has reinforced something I consider essential: there is no single digital formula that fits everyone.
A contractor, a local service business, a professional service company and an e-commerce brand may all need a strong digital presence, but their customers, priorities, content and paths to action can be completely different.
That’s why I approach every project individually understanding the business first and adapting the digital experience around what it actually needs.
